- Just before the account temporarily locks, a final reminder will be dispatched.
- These reminders help ensure on-time payments and prevent your account from going ‘past due.’
Locking Accounts Past Due:
- Accounts with overdue balances will be temporarily locked.
- While your account is locked, you won’t be able to place new orders.
- Don’t worry; if your account gets locked, we’ll send you an automated notification with details about the outstanding balance and instructions on how to resolve it.
- Once we receive and process your payment, your account will be unlocked, and you’ll have full access to our services and features again.

What We Need from You:
- Please make sure your contact information, especially your email address, is up-to-date in our system. This ensures our reminders and notifications reach you smoothly.
- You can easily review and adjust your contacts, as well as update payment methods, in your customer profile within the portal.
