Getting Digital Proofs
When you are logged in navigate to your MANAGE ITEMS page and locate the item you want a proof for, hover over the item and click “Download”.
A window will pop up with 3 options:
- Download Original Art File: Get the original art file that was uploaded online by you or someone with access to your account.
- Download Press Ready PDF: Reformat the artwork into a press-ready PDF (just the label by itself).
- Download Digital Press Proof: This option places your artwork onto a digital proof sheet that shows all of the information about your label like material, finish, number of colors, etc… This is also what your physical proof will look like if you were to order one.

Getting Physical Proofs
Go back to your items page, find the item again and hover over it, now click “Order a Proof” this time.
A new popup window will appear. In the new popup window, enter the quantity you want, select the correct delivery address, and click “Order”.
The first proof costs $29, and each additional proof is $5. For example, if you order 5 proofs, the first one is $29, and the other 4 are $5 each, making the total $49.
After successfully ordering the proof, a status tag will appear under the item saying “Proof Ordered”.
