First, log in to your account and upload your art file.
If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one. Once you’re logged in, you will need to upload an item and approve the item.
Once you have done that, look for the “+ New Order” button on the top bar. Give it a click, and it will take you to the order page.
Take a look at this example. The left side is the item bar, and on the right side, you’ll find important stuff like your order details. Keep an eye out for your reference/order number there. Remember, if there’s ever a hiccup with shipping or payment down the road, this number will be your superhero.
In the search bar, type in the Part Number or Description of your item and choose your item from the list of results.
Enter the quantity you want in the ‘Exact Quantity’ field. You can literally print just one label if needed, but keep in mind there is a minimum order line cost of $99.
Once you’ve selected your item and entered the quantity, click the “ADD TO ORDER” button. Now, your item is added to the order line, just like the example image shown above.
Feel free to explore the item bar! You can:
- View Art File: Move your cursor over the small preview image of the item. Click the magnifier icon that appears to see a high-resolution preview of your art file.
- Item Details: Hover over the item’s part number to see details like size, material, finish, colors, and unwind direction.
- Price Details: Hover over the quantity number to see the price tier and the number of rolls.
- Cost Information: Hover over the dollar amount to see the cost of each label.
Your order number is located on the right hand side, you can also view your order summary on that panel.

At any time before your order line is sent to production you can place your mouse over the order line you would like to expedite. Click the “Option” button and a drop down menu will appear.
Just click “Change Ship Date,” and a popup window will appear. This window lets you decide whether you want to add a RUSH option to a specific item or to your entire order.
Click on the “Ships By” box to view and choose from our rush options:
- Normal 10-Day turnaround: FREE
- 5-Day Rush: Starting at $49
- 3-Day Rush: Starting at $99
- 2-Day Rush: Starting at $149
- 1-Day Rush: Starting at $199
Select the option that best suits your timeline and budget.
Just a heads-up! When you’re in a hurry, the cost to speed things up depends on what you’re ordering.
The first item’s rush fee is the full amount, but any additional items that share the same material, finish, size, color, and lamination are only 10% of that rush fee. Please note, for large orders of big labels, the rush fee could be higher than our standard rates.
Choose How It Gets to You
Feel free to adjust your delivery options. Keep in mind, though, that the shipping costs are just estimates for now. The final cost will depend on how heavy and big the rolls are when they’re ready to go.
Customize Your Change
In the last box, you can choose exactly how you want this change to happen. Do you want it just for this item? Or should it affect everything in your order line? It’s up to you!
Hand Apply Roll Options
Imagine you have a bunch of stickers, and you want to put them on different things like bottles, boxes, or bags. Hand applying labels means you’re doing this with your hands, without any special machines.
Instead of using a fancy machine, you’re peeling off each sticker and sticking it onto things one by one. It’s a bit like doing crafts – you’re carefully placing each sticker where you want it.
Having more rolls of stickers is like having extra sets of stickers ready to go. This is helpful because you won’t have to stop and get more stickers every time you run out. It’s like having a bunch of stickers right next to you, so you can keep going without any breaks.
Having more rolls also helps if you’re working on different things. Imagine you need big stickers for some items and smaller stickers for others. With more rolls, you have the right stickers for each thing you’re labeling.

Want to place an order super fast? Here’s a neat trick: hover over the item you want in your items page, and then click “Order Now.” A little window will pop up – that’s your quick order window. Just follow the simple steps, and you’re good to go! It’s as easy as that.
